AOL buys the blog The Huffington Post for 315 million in a clear strategy to become a giant of contents
AOL announced that just bought one of the biggest news and political blogs called The Huffington Post for the sum of $ 315 million.
The purchase agreement includes that the actual founder of the blog, Arianna Huffington, will become the new president and publisher of the media conglomerate that has resulted in the acquisition AOL has made this blog together those who had bought before and own content.
According to information from AOL, with this acquisition the company will have access to a total of 117 million people in the U.S. and a total of 270 million people worldwide making it one of the giants in online content where their main form to make money as a business idea will be selling advertising.
